Mind Matters Summit™ brings a programme of mental performance and wellbeing experiences to Cape Town from 16 to 30 October 2026, culminating in a two-day summit featuring leading experts, doctors, business leaders and high performers.
Mental Mastery Week runs from 16 to 27 October across venues in Cape Town, with daily meditation, promenade walks and runs, yoga, breathwork, gut-biome mastery sessions, mental fitness workshops, and hot and cold contrast therapy. The programme coincides with Mental Wellbeing Month and includes both free and ticketed sessions, with costs varying by activity.
The flagship Mind Matters Summit™ takes place on 29 October at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), bringing around 1,500 delegates together for a full day of talks and expert insights. The day also marks the launch of the Mind Matters coaching platform. Tickets cost R5,500 per person, with corporate group rates available on request.
Day Two, Unslave Your Mind™, takes place on 30 October at Robben Island Museum. Limited to 150 delegates, the immersive experience builds on the lessons from Day One and combines neuroscience, ancient wisdom and practical mental mastery techniques. Attendance at Day One is a prerequisite. The 2.5-hour programme will also be broadcast live worldwide, with free viewing access available online.
