Malondié’s visionary Founder and Creative Director, Londeka Buthelezi, draws inspiration from the isigege — the traditional Zulu maiden skirt — to anchor the collection. For her, this garment is not only a personal memory of youthful celebration but also a symbol of cultural pride and continuity.
“This show is a love letter to our roots,” she shares. “Each theme is a chapter in that story, from bold colour and fruity prints to crisp whites and tonal safari looks. The collection is designed to embrace your inner radiance and confidence, even before you put on the garments themselves.”
The runway will unveil 60 looks across four themes:
1. Summer Blocks Collection (15 looks)
2. Fruits Collection (15 looks)
3. Quiet Luxury Collection (15 looks)
4. Pink Safari Collection (15 looks)
