Muddy Princess Joburg South

Muddy Princess Joburg South presents an exhilarating outdoor 5km obstacle mud run exclusively for women – yes, women only! The event welcomes Princesses of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. Forget about competing for the fastest time; we prioritise fun. Get ready to run, walk, crawl, climb, slide, balance and share plenty of laughter along the course, promising an unforgettable “girls dirty day out” experience!

Gather as many Princesses as you can for a day of muddy adventure! Even if you’re participating solo, you’re still part of our Muddy Princess family. Rest assured, there’s always help and support available to ensure everyone conquers the obstacles and crosses the finish line at their own pace.

The event area opens at 7:00 am, with the first wave setting off at 8:00 am, followed by subsequent waves every 15 minutes (8:15, 8:30, and so forth) until the final wave in the afternoon.

Supporters, including husbands, children, and family members, are welcome to join you at the venue for free!

Young Princesses aged 13 and under are encouraged to join the fun at a special ticket price!
