Hello Joburg Magazine was first published by the Spinner Family in 1980. Over the years the family grew their magazine stable to include titles such as Hello Pretoria, Hello Durban, Hello Cape Town and Leading Venues. Sadly, the business was forced to suspend all publications in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and although they were knocked down, the family is now coming back swinging.
Justyn Spinner, now Managing Director of the business is proud to announce the launch of their brand-new title, Hello Lifestyle Magazine. This bi-monthly publication will be a combination of content from across South Africa, including Joburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and the Garden Route.
The new magazine will offer both print and digital issues that will complement each other and expand the already extensive digital and social audience of over 250,000 readers. A weekly newsletter will keep readers in the loop through authentic reviews, recommendations and exciting competitions.
In addition to the media business, Hello Travel Deals has also recently been launched. This online travel portal offers readers exceptional deals from across South Africa, Mauritius, Zanzibar and Seychelles.
The Hello Lifestyle Magazine team will consist of four permanent staff, including, Manging Director and Publisher, Justyn Spinner; Editor, Renate Engelbrecht; Features Editor and Social Media, Bianca Spinner; and Art Director, Bheka Ngubane.
