A key event on Africa’s contemporary art calendar, FNB Art Joburg plays a crucial role in nurturing and sustaining a commercial cultural ecosystem that centers on practitioners from the continent and the diaspora.
The fair takes a hybrid approach where curatorial and commercial interventions meet, divided into six specialized sections: gallery HUB, gallery LAB, MAX, GIF, ETC, AUX, and ORG sections.
In line with the fair’s quality-focused objective, the gallery HUB pavilion presents internationally renowned galleries representing institutionally recognized artists. The MAX section features large-scale works by artists from gallery HUB, challenging the limitations of conventional booths.
