Muddy Princess | JHB

Muddy Princess is a fun-filled, outdoor 5km obstacle mud run designed exclusively for women! The event is open to Princesses of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. It’s not about speed or competition, but about having fun! Get ready to run, walk, crawl, climb, slide, balance, and laugh your way through an unforgettable “girls’ dirty day out.”

There’s no limit to the size of your team—gather as many Princesses as you can for a day of muddy fun! If you’re entering solo, don’t worry—everyone is part of the Muddy Princess family, and there will always be support to help you conquer the obstacles and cross the finish line at your own pace.

The event area opens at 7:00 am, with the first wave starting at 8:00 am. Waves will depart every 15 minutes until the last wave in the afternoon.

Family members, including husbands and children, are welcome to join the event free of charge! We don’t have a designated spectator area along the course, so we kindly ask that family and friends stay in the village area to respect the privacy of participants.

Additional info:

  • Bag Drop: R30. Please only bring bags that can be closed completely, and leave unnecessary valuables at home.
  • Showers: R70. Don’t forget to bring extra clothing and towels. Both can be paid on the day during registration.

Young Princesses (13 and under) can join the fun at a special ticket price! Please note that due to the nature of the event, there are some age restrictions.

Secure your Muddy Princess tickets online through Webtickets.
