INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets 
  • 2 tablespoons B-well Omega-3 Oil 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced 
  • 1 red onion, sliced 
  • 2 cups broccoli florets 
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

METHOD

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 
  • 2. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. 
  • 3. In a separate bowl, mix the sliced bell peppers, red onion, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, B-well Omega-3 Oil, and salt and pepper to taste. 
  • 4. Spread the vegetable mixture around the salmon fillets in the baking dish. 
  • 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 
  • 6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
