4 salmon filletsÂ

2 bell peppers, slicedÂ
1 red onion, slicedÂ
2 cups broccoli floretsÂ
2 cups cherry tomatoesÂ
2 cloves garlic, mincedÂ
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, choppedÂ

METHOD
1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Â
