What to expect at The Wiggle Room™
With an engaging, welcome and buzzing energy guaranteed, you will find an eclectic collection of local and international art, a private cinema space, luxury lounge and the innovative and up-market SHUCK + SCOOP Cocktail and Oyster Bar. It’s a venue for sports screenings, fashion events, birthdays, brand launches and celebrations of all kinds.
And, of course, cars. Whether you’re looking for a fun or luxury ride, Wiggle boasts a hand-picked fleet of 50+ cars at competitive rates, delivered with minimum fuss. Vehicle brands include Range Rover, Mini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover and Audi.
A dreamed-up, daring combo
SHUCK + SCOOP has been dreamed up in collaboration with the celebrated international culinary luminary, Chef Rikku O’Donchu. The signature dish, articulated in the name, is a daring combination of local oysters and bespoke savoury ice creams. Seemingly contradictory, Chef Rikku has used his unparalleled knowledge of food chemistry and taste combos to pull off the unthinkable: An adventurous new twist on the world’s most fabled aphrodisiac food. It’s the reinvention of a staple; the immaculate conception of a new classic.
“I’ve worked lots with raw fish and ice creams, all that acidic, vibrant icy stuff, so oysters were a strong hunch. It was just a question of making them visually stunning and sort of bamboozling on the palate. We’ve also thrown in some great crunchy elements – sesame, radish, pears, apples and salty fingers – to punctuate the smooth oyster and ice cream. That way, each one is really a journey in itself; a very multi-layered experience”, says Chef RoD.
The SHUCK + SCOOP offering is rounded off further with innovative takes on favourites, like a fabulous tempura oyster club sandwich – probably one of the most moreish light meals ever. This is all accompanied by some world-class signature cocktails, as well as a selection of wines and beers.
