Beechwood Gardens - JHB

Three and a half acres of tranquillity awaits when you step onto the grounds of Beechwood Gardens. Additionally, here you will find a timeless escape in the City of Gold, boasting waterfalls, lily ponds, formal and informal garden spaces, meandering paths, colonnades and other secret spaces. Laid out in 1945 by legendary landscape architect, Joane Pym and with the labour of love of Christopher and Susan Greig for over twenty years, these sacred grounds are home to Joburg’s biggest Water Oaks. These are amongst the most beautiful rose and vegetable gardens. Furthermore, with five separate outdoor and indoor spaces available, Beechwood Gardens brings all the nuance and fancy of a priceless hidden city gem.

Landje - PTA

Feel as if you are stepping out of the pages of a story book as you arrive at this beautiful family smallholding, nestled in the heart of Pretoria East. Use your imagination to create the celebration of your dreams. Whether it’s under hanging trees or upon their rolling lawns – sumptuous, organic farm-to-fork cuisine awaits your inspired garden event. Nevertheless, each of their four unique, natural and rustic outdoor spaces offers something better than the next. All cozy, charming and comfortable, Landje’s spaces are guaranteed to enchant and delight your senses, as well as those of your guests.

Hartford House - DBN

Hartford House is a rare venue for executive meetings, weddings and conferences, with elegant boardrooms and auditoriums. Additionally, it offers top-level discretionary activities, customised menus and function coordination – all in an unsurpassed Midlands setting. Evidently, Hartford House is a retreat from the hubbub, standing apart for its authenticity, architecture, views, dining, sounds and scents. Its horses and its service are both exhilarating surprises to those lucky enough to visit. It’s a home (a grand one) that grew into a hotel and one which celebrates dreams and actualiing them within the bounds of timeless, luxurious elegance.

Ellerman House – CPT

Lastly, a magnificent hilltop hotel, Ellerman House’s sprawling acre plus gardens are an indigenous oasis. Also, it offers uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Decorations include statuesque aloes, succulents, fynbos and sprawling lawns, all blending seamlessly with dramatic vistas from this iconic ‘house on the hill.’ Additionally, a vast collection of contemporary sculptures punctuate the landscape and provide outdoor gallery space. Thus, this exclusive venue enlivens the senses with colour, texture and style. From the refined comfort of their rooms to their exquisite dining and unparalleled service, every moment is a slice of paradise. Essentially a landmark hotel, sincere in hospitality and industry, Ellerman’s team is an extended family, waiting to cater to your every whim.
