
A Night of Fine Dining & Storytelling with Johan Fourie
Acclaimed Benguela Cove, recognised as one of the finest wine experiences worldwide, offers wine enthusiasts exceptional wines set against breathtaking natural surroundings.
This August, the Level Four Restaurant Team will be joined by Head Winemaker, Johann Fourie. Johann will share his expertise on Benguela Cove’s cool-climate wine production and the unique influence of the Atlantic Ocean’s maritime conditions on the vineyards. He will also discuss his rare dual-hemisphere role, crafting traditional Champagne varietals into premium English sparkling wines at Leonardslee Family Vineyards in Sussex, England.
Chef Grant van der Riet has thoughtfully curated a fine dining menu designed to perfectly complement the evening’s wines, highlighting the delicate balance between food and wine.
