Join us on Wednesdays and Sundays for Babylonstoren’s Carnivore Evening – an authentic South African braai experience, where expert braai masters grill every cut to perfection, all while guests enjoy live accordion music.
Carnivore Evenings feature communal long tables, overflowing with the finest meats, served in a variety of flavours and styles.
The star of the show is farm-raised Chianina – a premium, grass-fed breed known for its exceptional fat marbling and a delicate outer fat layer, reminiscent of the finest bistecca alla fiorentina.
The evening concludes with a traditional South African dessert as part of a five-course meal.
