COCO Pilates Breast Cancer Awareness

COCO Pilates @Sandton Hotel invites you to stretch, strengthen, and support a meaningful cause. Located in the heart of Sandton’s luxurious hotel, the studio will transform into a vibrant space of movement and music, bringing people together for a dynamic day of fitness, fun, and philanthropy.

The event features everything from sunrise yoga to energizing Pilates, live DJ performances, and food stalls to satisfy your appetite. It aims not only to raise funds but also to bring hope to women throughout South Africa through the vital work of breast cancer screenings.

Class Schedule

• 08:30: Yoga – Begin your day with peace and mindfulness.
• 09:30: Barre – Strengthen and stretch with a balanced workout.
• 10:30: Pilates – Activate your core and enhance posture.
• 11:30: Expressive Movement – Embrace creativity and self-expression.

Each 45-minute class is open to all fitness levels, allowing participants to choose a single session or stay for the entire morning to experience the full lineup.

Tickets are available online via Quicket. All proceeds will benefit ILoveBoobies, an organisation dedicated to providing life-saving breast cancer screenings for women in South Africa.
