Conrad Koch is South Africa’s double Emmy-nominated ventriloquist and arguably the country’s second most famous puppeteer after Elon Musk.
His most iconic puppet, Chester Missing, known from TV and TikTok, resents being a puppet—and he’s not afraid to let everyone know it. But let’s face it, aren’t we all someone’s puppet in some way? Married folks, you know what we mean.
This riotous ensemble also features: Hilton, the party ostrich; Gunter, the recently divorced German mosquito; Mr Dixon, a high school teacher who refuses to be manipulated; DJ Hoodie, the puppet who actually DJs; and newcomer Petit Pois, a wannabe celebrity chef and real-life rat.
