
Cross-Country Collaboration At Wolfgat
Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of culinary creativity at Wolfgat on the 29th and 30th of March, as Chefs Kobus van der Merwe, Vusi Ndlovu, and Johannes Richter come together for an innovative West Coast culinary celebration.
This exciting event will honour friendship, collaboration, and a shared love for South African ingredients. The three chefs will curate a one-of-a-kind, multi-course menu that highlights the diverse and rich culinary heritage of the country.
Guests can look forward to two lunch services (on Saturday and Sunday) and one dinner service (on Saturday), where each chef will bring their unique cooking styles to create an extraordinary dining experience.
Throughout the weekend, the three chefs will showcase their signature dishes alongside exclusive, collaborative creations inspired by each other’s styles, ensuring a fresh and exciting culinary adventure.
The event’s service will be led by sommelier Johanna Richter from The LivingRoom and restaurateur Absie Pantshwa of EDGE.
