The eagerly awaited Franschhoek Literary Festival is back from 16 – 18 May 2025, bringing a vibrant and exciting lineup that highlights the art of storytelling in one of South Africa’s most stunning locations.
The festival offers an exciting three-day program filled with thought-provoking talks, engaging writing workshops, and plenty of opportunities for conversation, inspiration, and more. Featured authors include Kate Mosse, Abi Daré, David McWilliams, Deon Meyer, Antjie Krog, and Simphiwe Gloria Ndlovu.
This year, the festival goes beyond its cherished panel discussions and author interviews, offering exclusive writing workshops and masterclasses aimed at sparking creativity and nurturing new voices in South Africa’s literary scene.
