The three-course buffet includes salads such as watermelon, mint and feta; caprese salad with basil pesto; pomegranate Waldorf salad potato salad, mains of chargrilled fillet steak, game sosaties, BBQ chicken wings, garlic and herb chicken drumsticks and beef boerewors, with sides of corn on the cob, baked potatoes, pap, rice, chakalaka and seasonal vegetables.
