Heritage Day buffet lunch at The Maslow Hotel

Heritage Day on 24 September recognises and celebrates the cultural wealth of our nation. South Africans celebrate the day by remembering the cultural heritage of the many cultures that make up the population of South Africa. Various events are staged throughout the country to commemorate this day.

Executive Chef Omar Menhouk has pulled out all the stops in creating a delicious lunch, with a menu that is packed with a blend of hearty South African flavours.

Here’s a little taste of what’s on offer:

STARTERS
Baker’s basket of homemade bread
Salmon, mango and arugula, dill honey and lime dressing
Roquefort and butternut, salad with caramelized walnuts and garden greens
Pickled fish with celery shavings
