Marcus Wyatt brings together a selection of the most iconic and significant South African jazz pieces from the past 50 years. The Songbook is arranged for a full orchestra, complete with a big band and rhythm section. The repertoire features compositions from legendary jazz figures such as Hugh Masekela, Miriam Makeba and Abdullah Ibrahim.
