Alex the Lion, the king of the urban jungle, is the star attraction at the zoo, living a pampered life with his best friends — Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo. But curiosity gets the better of Marty, who, with a little help from a group of clever penguins, sets off on an adventure that will take them far from home and into hilariously madcap escapades.
