A new chapter unfolds for Bouchard Finlayson as the winery brings its award-winning cool-climate craft to the heart of Hermanus with the launch of POP UP by Bouchard Finlayson—an imaginative space where mastery meets innovation.
The launch coincides with the temporary closure of the Estate in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, which is undergoing a world-class transformation.
The POP UP offers an intimate encounter with the Estate’s evolving story through a series of curated tastings:

Enhancing the experience is a Valley menu crafted with local artisans, reflecting the region’s rich culinary heritage. Guests can enjoy hand-crafted cheeses from Anysbos, Stonehouse, and Klein River; charcuterie from Richard Bosman; Mardouw estate-grown olives; fresh baguettes from Oskar’s; Van Blommenstein’s biltong; and other thoughtfully sourced Overberg favourites.
The POP UP offers a glimpse of what’s to come, showcasing how the winery honours the land, innovates with purpose, and welcomes visitors with heart.
POP UP by Bouchard Finlayson is located on the Ground Floor of the Harbour Square Hotel, 5 Harbour Road, Hermanus. Opening hours: 11:00–20:00, seven days a week.
