Red Bull Quicksand
Experience the ultimate test of endurance with Red Bull Quicksand, where running on sand amplifies the challenge. You’ll expend 1.6 times more energy compared to running on a road surface, as you tackle sandy climbs designed to push your limits of endurance, acceleration, and speed.

Participation is limited to 800 runners.
SCHEDULE
You will receive your race start time 1 day before the event. Please arrive 45 minutes early to collect your Race Pack and Race Number.
The race will feature an energy-draining knockout format with heats, semi-finals, and finals.
FORMAT
- 08:30 – 11:00: Pre-scheduled heats with a digital timing system
- Top 50 male and female runners advance to the semi-finals.
- 11:40 – 12:05: Semi-Finals – Top 10 male and female runners move on to the finals.
- Finals: Two sessions – The top 3 male and female runners will make the podium.
