Shakespeare Schools Festival JHB

The 15th annual Shakespeare Schools Festival South Africa (SSFSA) is on stage at the Joburg Theatre until Sunday, 14 September.

This year, 21 drama groups will light up the stage with fresh, abridged takes on Shakespeare’s timeless stories. Since 2009, SSFSA has inspired more than 15,000 learners and 1,000 teachers, making it Africa’s largest and most vibrant youth drama festival. Get ready for a celebration of creativity, storytelling, and the magic of theatre.
