Enjoy this trip down memory lane – a world-class, nostalgic music concert with cover acts from renowned bands, Bernard Gibson’s The Temptations and the Blue Note Review, headlined by Anthony Brooks. The concert takes place on Sunday, 26 February at the Big Top Arena, Carnival City.
The Blue Notes were a highly successful American soul and R&B vocal group, particularly popular in the 1970s. They sang a range of styles, such as soul, R&B, doo-wop and disco. The members of the group have changed over the years, and will be performing the hit music from Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes headlined by Tony Brooks.
The Temptations are a Grammy Nominated American vocal group from Detroit, Michigan. Having sold millions of albums and pioneering soul music, the group was one of the most popular bands in popular music.
The two bands will bring the crowd to their feet with hits from the 70s soul era, such as My Girl, Just My Imagination and Have you seen her.
