Where empowerment and athleticism converge, the streets of Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban transform into a vibrant “Sea of Pink” in celebration of Women’s Month! The Totalsports Women’s Race offers an unforgettable experience for women of all ages and backgrounds.

As we lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement, we embark on a journey beyond competition, celebrating the strength, resilience, and camaraderie that define womanhood.

Age Restrictions:

• 5km: 9+ years
• 10km: 14+ years

This August, nearly 27,000 runners and walkers will unite in solidarity to honour National Women’s Month at the iconic Totalsports Women’s Race!

Celebrating women of all kinds—mothers, daughters, sisters, and aunts—this Women’s Race began in the Western Cape in 2001. It expanded to Johannesburg in 2007 and then to Durban in 2011, making it South Africa’s largest women’s race.
