Athletes can take up the challenge by completing a triathlon or duathlon on their own. They can also team up with friends, family or colleagues and compete as a relay team.
Different distance triathlon, duathlon & open water swimming races are on offer. We start with junior races (the 8-11 year old kids races are free) before moving on to the adults.
