From 9am to 10am, the Secret Sunrise Women’s Day Dance will be a vibrant and invigorating experience that will leave you feeling uplifted and connected. Gather your group of friends, because this is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the incredible women in your life!
What is Secret Sunrise?
Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection. Described by TimeOut as the ‘happiest way to start your day’, over 50 000 people have already joined the movement, be it at sunrise or sunset. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through a journey that encompasses mindfulness, improvisation, movement, and dance.
New to the SS community?
You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party.
We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies, ages, genders and fitness levels are welcome.
Get ready to get up and out of your comfort zone, move, dance, twirl and connect with yourselves and one another. This is what the world needs now more than ever!
