This year, PLAYTOPIA offers a thrilling two-day experience, allowing attendees to dive into both local and international Indie games, alongside captivating interactive and digital art. Participants can engage in talks and panels led by esteemed international and local experts in the realm of Indie Game development.
Furthermore, gaming enthusiasts, developers and event attendees will have a wealth of options, from games and music to culinary delights and immersive art experiences. The event features exhibitions by prominent South African interactive artists, along with alternative, artistic and party games. There will also be a dedicated Super Friendship Arcade room displaying games played with custom controllers, VR rooms and much more.
Finally, PLAYTOPIA will end on a high note on the Saturday evening, with an official after party at Tommy’s Chop Shop. The after party will be hosted by Diskotekah.
