Following the launch of the much-anticipated Sport SV EDITION TWO – a flagship high-performance luxury SUV – in South Africa – the 23 vehicles made available are only available to order through select Jaguar Land Rover retailers countrywide.
This sporty vehicle combines supreme performance and dynamism with unmatched capability, refinement and reductive design. Their performance-honed exteriors come in four themes in order to assert presence and dominance on the roads. Blue Nebula Matte, Marl Grey Moss, Sunrise Copper Satin and Ligurian Black Gloss bring its sporty personality to life.
Naturally, Range Rover’s exclusive branding dons the front splitter, centre console, tread plates and puddle lamps. And, clients can opt for alternative wheels, specified body-coloured roofing, Satin Forged Carbon Fibre Pack and Body and Soul Seats. Further to this, the interior materials come in knit, Ultrafabrics PU or Windsor leather.
The Confidence in Knowing What You Can Do
The Range Rover Sport SV has 467kW, 750Nm2 and a mild-hybrid 4.4l Twin Turbo MHEV V8 petrol engine. Additionally, it has an acceleration from 0-100km/h in 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 290km/h.
Its breaking system is has also been upgraded, with the option of a Brembo Carbon Ceramic Braking System. Clients can also choose the colour of the eight-piston SV front callipers or 440mm front brake discs, the largest in the automotive industry. More so, a hydraulic interlinked 6D Dynamics Suspension system offers pitch and roll control to maintain a near-level body stance during extreme corners, acceleration and breaking.
Lastly, the SV Mode button has a short press and long press function. The former activates sport mode, configuring the vehicle’s suspension, powertrain, steering, transmission and exhausts for maximum performance. The latter opens the Configurable Dynamics menu, allowing the driver to tailor the dynamic characteristics.
