Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup B-Well Canola & Olive Oil Blend
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- 2. Line a 27 x 23 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, and dried cranberries.
- 4. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, B-Well Canola & Olive Oil Blend, and salt over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is well combined.
- 5. Pour the honey and oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- 6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with the back of a spoon or spatula.
- 7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.
