As a delicious prelude to the festival, a Gastronomy Workshop will take place on Friday, 25 July at Kayla-Ann’s Restaurant in Pennington. This exclusive culinary masterclass will mentor over 200 young chefs from across the province, offering a rare opportunity to learn from some of South Africa’s most exciting names in food and drink.
