The year is officially in full swing. Everyone’s back at work, our Grade 1s have survived their first few days of school and we’re all back to looking for fun things to fill our weekends with. From international R&B royalty and clubbing to wholesome family activities, we’ve compiled a list of things to do across the country this weekend and beyond.

5x GRAMMY award-winning singer/songwriter and producer, Lalah Hathaway makes her much anticipated return to South Africa this weekend for a string of shows – 19 January to 21 January, from 20:00 – hosted at Montecasino’s Teatro. Daughter of the late R&B legend, Donny Hathaway, we can’t mean it more sincerely when we say that she is royalty. Fans can expect a soulful mix of R&B ballads, pop standards and soulful jazz.
