The highlight of Black Elephant Vintners offerings is their Music and Wine Pairing experience. This is a one-of-a-kind tasting experience that combines sound and taste, setting it apart from the commercial wine industry. Every Saturday at 11:00, groups of wine enthusiasts are led on a tasting adventure that transcends the expected. Each wine is accompanied by a song, selected to amplify and enhance the wine’s unique character. The pairing isn’t just about drinking; it’s about immersing yourself in the harmony of sound and flavour, exploring the stories behind the bottles and the beats. This pairing challenges conventions, throwing the traditional wine-and-cheese pairing rulebook out the window, and replacing it with an experience that’s fun, fresh, and exciting for all senses.
A Case of Brut Rose from Black Elephant Vintners
The prize doesn’t end there. You will also receive a case of Cap Classique Extra Brut Rose 2019, nicknamed “P!NK” by those at Black Elephant Vintners. The team recommends sipping on this bubbly creation whilst listening to P!NK’s “Raise Your Glass”. It is also inspired by the John Mayer lyric: “A little bit of summer is what the whole year is all about”.
The Brut Rose is a modern fruit-forward style of Rose MCC yet stays true to its varietal origin of Pinot Noir. It is bursting with aromas of red berries, blood orange, peach and smokey lees. The palate is medium-bodied, amply and fleshy, with racy acidy, pretty fruit tones and a youthfully frothy mousse.
