Win tickets to see Deacon Blue in Joburg

The legendary Scottish pop rock band, Deacon Blue will be visiting South Africa in February, with a show at the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in Cape Town (22 February 2024) and another show at Joburg’s Marks Park in Emmarentia (24 February 2024). We are thrilled to be giving away a set of four tickets to one lucky winner for the Joburg-based show.

This is Deacon Blue’s debut tour of South Africa. “We are excited to announce our first ever shows in South Africa,” Ricky Ross said last year. “It’s a country that we have wanted to get to for many years and these shows, both outdoors in beautiful parks, will be really special.”

The pop rock band will be digging out all their old 45s – Top 10s, the favourites and some great sing-alongs. They have always thrived onstage and will have listeners in awe with a selection of their famous hits.

Win four tickets, valued at R600 each, to Deacon Blue's live show at Marks Park in Emmarentia, Joburg.

Ts & Cs: This prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Entrants have to be 18 years or older. The prize only includes tickets to the Joburg concert. The winner will be responsible for their own transport to get to the venue. The competition closes on Monday, 19 February 2024 at midday. The winner will be announced on social media and via email.
