The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra presents its Summer Symphony Season from 26 February to 19 March 2026 at 19:30 in the Linder Auditorium.
26 Feb: Conductor Yasuo Shinozaki with cellist Bryan Cheng performs Saint-Saëns, Britten, and Dvořák’s “New World” Symphony.
5 Mar: Conductor Conrad van Alphen with pianist Ludmil Angelov features Fauré, Chopin, and Beethoven.
12 Mar: Conductor Daniel Boico with violinist Zanta Hofmeyr, soprano Siphokazi Maphumulo, and Gauteng Choristers presents Mendelssohn and Bessey.
19 Mar: Conductor Conrad van Alphen with pianist Emanuil Ivanov performs Reznícek, Bartók, and Tchaikovsky’s “Pathetique” Symphony.
