South Africa’s double Emmy-nominated ventriloquist, Conrad Koch, is back with Puppet Power, a hilariously irreverent puppet extravaganza. Famous for his TV and TikTok sensation, Chester Missing, Conrad explores the hilarity—and occasional frustration—of being someone’s puppet. And let’s face it… aren’t we all, in one way or another? (Married folks, you know what we mean.)
Joining Chester is a riotous ensemble: Hilton, the party-loving ostrich; Gunter, the recently divorced German mosquito; Mr Dixon, a high school teacher with zero tolerance for manipulation; DJ Hoodie, the puppet who actually spins the decks; and newcomer Gordon Ratsy, a wannabe celebrity chef and bona fide rat.
Get ready for a laugh-a-second ride of Muppets-for-adults comedy, cheeky audience interaction, and light social commentary—culminating in a show-stopping finale where Conrad transforms someone into a hilariously terrifying talking dinosaur.
