Fun Activities to Keep the Kids Entertained at Sun City this Easter

Easter buffet at The Palace
The theme at The Palace’s Easter buffet is “come hungry” because the dinner being served at Crystal Court on Friday and Saturday promises to be positively sumptuous. They’ve been known to go all out with a spread worthy of kings and queens and this holiday will be no different. They’re even having an especially chocolatey Easter Saturday High Tea.
Easter-themed fun
Gather your kids around the Baobab Outlook on Easter Sunday and get ready for an epic Easter egg hunt. Rumour has it that the Easter Bunny will be visiting The Palace pool deck to keep kids well entertained all afternoon. Guests at The Cabanas can send their kids off to their very own Easter Egg hunt on the lawns, with three-hour long hunts on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, parents are challenged to participate in a blind-folded hunt. One thing is for sure – the kids will enjoy watching mom and dad stumble over their own feet!
Activities for older kids
Don’t worry if your child is a little older and not quite interested in hunting for eggs. There are so many other activities to keep them occupied. The more adventurous kids can go for an enthralling ziplining adventure at Chimp & Zee Rope Adventure Park, or even participate in an elevated obstacle course, complete with balancing beams and jungle rope bridges.
Wildlife Activities
If you’re looking for something that the whole family can enjoy doing together, Mankwe Gametrackers Outdoor Adventure Centre is where you want to be. They offer game drives where guests can spot zebras, hyenas, giraffes and hippo. Furthermore, hot air balloon safaris offer guests a whole new view of the surrounding wildlife – a breathtaking and memorable experience.
Magic Company
Enter the Magic Company at the risk of never wanting to leave. They have an extensive list of arcade games to play and an even longer list of prizes to win. Ten-pin bowling makes for a really fun family activity. Furthermore, the Breakout Games escape room involves solving puzzles to free the team from a locked room.
