Not that we’re trying to contend with New York, but we have the most delicious crisp, warm bagels in town. Even though there may not be many, we found the best bagels to our cream cheese. Here’s where to find the best bagels in town.

Just trust us on this one; they’re a brand new wine bar (without a license) indeed however on weekends they serve the freshest, doughiest, yummiest bagels. They’re bagelicious baby.

The bagels they serve are from Bird’s Bagels, hand shaped, boiled and baked in Joburg. Expect a chewy, dough ring of goodness.
You might be thinking so B for boring, but don’t because although they’ve been around for years, there is a reason for this longevity, and we believe it’s all in the consistency of their bagels. Original white bread bagels fresh out the oven with a smear of their hummus or cream cheese from the deli. We’ll take two please!
