He recently returned from the United Kingdom, settling in as Head Chef at MESH Members Club, as well as the creative force behind its newly launched menu. One thing is certain: Chef Barnes has brought with him a wealth of flair, adding some excitement to Rosebank’s dining scene.
The new menu comes with a selection of exquisite tapas, created for pairing. In addition, you’ll also find carefully crafted sushi and showstopper desserts on the menu. Each dish is a masterpiece of culinary art, combining unique flavours and textures. Ultimately, these combinations create a one-of-a-kind dining experience at MESH Members Club – one you wouldn’t want to miss out on.
Chef Barnes is excited to showcase his expertise in international cuisine, having worked in some of the top restaurants in the UK. He has also worked as a private chef and brings a fresh approach to the MESH kitchen. In fact, using only the finest and freshest ingredients to create innovate dishes that will tantalise your taste buds, his menu items are bound to blow your mind.
The new menu offers a wide range of options for members to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for a light snack or a full-course meal, you’re sure to find something to suit your preference. The tapas selection is a must-try, featuring various flavours and textures perfect for sharing.
The menu is available to both MESH members and members of the public at Mix Cocktail Bar. This is the premium sundowners spot within MESH, open from Tuesday to Saturday.
In addition, Chef Barnes can customise a bespoke offering from the new menu for specific needs when booking events and conferences at MESH or at Mix Cocktail Bar.
