Chef Darren’s mentorship has been prevalent in Chef Callan’s career. In fact, Callan eventually walked away with the Social Responsibility Award at the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2021 in Milan. With the two chefs’ strong backgrounds, it’s only natural that Dusk Restaurant has sustainability and social responsibility at its core.
