What better way to enjoy this delicacy than as a warming Kingklip soup with an onion and lemon flavour base, enhanced by a roasted tomato bomb and topped with crispy onion sprinkles. 

If you love soup, you’ll return to try the smoked mussel soup. Mussels have the most impressive nutritional profile of all shellfish and are perfectly paired with creamy onion, lemon and herbs in this bowl of goodness. 

Kingklip Bites – Kingklip cut into bite sizes batter and spicy-crumb dipped, crispy fried, served with a tangy roasted-tomato mayo.

Royal Kingklip with smoked mussels – grilled Kinglip covered with a creamy sauce and herb bomb and topped with smoked mussels.

Royal Kingklip with prawns – grilled kingklip smothered in a creamy roasted tomato sauce and topped with grilled prawns.

Crusted Kingklip – grilled Kingklip topped with spicy crumbs and served with a creamy roasted tomato sauce.
