Head Chef Melusi Twala – renowned for his innovative approach – is inspired by strong aromas and traditional home-cooked meals, stemming from his Sowetan childhood. In addition, his travels to France, Spain, Germany, Thailand and Italy have also influenced his cooking. In fact, he’s honed his skills to serve haute cuisine with an undeniable South African flair.
We were lucky enough to experience Keystone Bistro’s cuisine and can most definitely recommend the dishes crafted in its kitchen.
