We were lucky enough to experience Keystone Bistro’s cuisine and can most definitely recommend the dishes crafted in its kitchen.
Keystone Bistro is particularly praised for its ability to allow the relationship between wine and food to flourish. With an extensive wine list that promotes South African vineyards, it is a haven for wine-lovers of any kind.
Their wine reputation can largely be attributed to in-house sommelier, Lethabo Mothwa and her incredible knowledge of the wine industry. While working closely with Chef Twala, she identifies wines that will elevate and enhance his bistro cuisine. Having just returned from participating in the Bordeaux Mentor Week in France, Mothwa has made South Africa very proud. In fact, she was the only South African among eight sommeliers to be invited to this prestigious event in September 2024.
In the end, Keystone Bistro is a wining and dining destination not to be missed. And, with the holiday season approaching, it’s perfect for a romantic date night, intimate get-together with friends or a luxurious year-end work function.
