“Touring with the Legend” is the ultimate tribute to Rodriguez, celebrating his music, legacy, and influence.
The show features a live band performing classics like Sugarman, Crucify Your Mind, Streetboy, and Inner City Blues, alongside personal stories from the road shared by Graham Gillot, who toured with Rodriguez in South Africa and the USA.
Graham, guitarist and music director for Rodriguez, offers behind-the-scenes insights into the making of Rodriguez’s music, the inspiration behind his lyrics, the movie Searching for Sugarman, and the story of his unrecorded songs and unreleased third album. The performance also includes visuals, interviews, and unseen footage from Rodriguez’s last tour.
