Ingredients

  1.  2 cups rolled oats 
  2. 1 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans) 
  3. 1/2 cup dried cranberries 
  4. 1/2 cup honey 
  5. 1/2 cup B-Well Canola & Olive Oil Blend 
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). 
  2. 2. Line a 27 x 23 cm baking dish with parchment paper. 
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, and dried cranberries. 
  4. 4. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, B-Well Canola & Olive Oil Blend, and salt over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is well combined. 
  5. 5. Pour the honey and oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated. 
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with the back of a spoon or spatula. 
  7. 7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. 
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.
