Aotearoa New Zealand’s celebrated Māori singer-songwriter TEEKS brings his soulful sound and mesmerising live performance to South Africa this August.

Since his critically acclaimed 2017 debut EP, The Grapefruit Skies, TEEKS has built an international following with his velvety vocals and deeply emotive songwriting. His debut album, Something To Feel, debuted at #1 in New Zealand, achieved Platinum certification and earned multiple music awards.

TEEKS has a particularly strong connection with South African audiences. His single “First Time” went viral on South African TikTok in 2022, building a dedicated local fanbase and earning Gold certification. With more than one billion short-form video views, two Platinum projects and multiple Platinum and Gold singles, he continues to push the boundaries of modern soul and R&B.

Now touring with his latest single, “Red Light”, TEEKS promises an intimate and emotionally charged live experience. Known for performances that leave audiences captivated and often completely silent, this is an opportunity to experience one of New Zealand’s most compelling contemporary soul artists live.
