From 26–28 June, Tulbagh celebrates the 25th anniversary of its much-loved Christmas in Winter Festival, marking a quarter-century of festive cheer, family fun, and community spirit in the heart of the winelands.

The celebrations kick off on Friday evening with the iconic Farmer’s Electric Light Parade, illuminating the valley and officially opening a weekend packed with festive entertainment. Visitors can enjoy artisanal markets, seasonal treats, Glühwein shacks, wine tastings, live music, street performances, and the magical atmosphere that has made this festival a winter favourite for 25 years.

Families can also explore the expanded Kids’ Winter Wonderland, featuring snow machines, white jumping castles, an Enchanted Forest, and plenty of surprises for young adventurers.
