This season, Time Out Market Cape Town at the V&A Waterfront is turning up the flavour with the launch of its brand-new summer menu — a curated collection of dishes from some of the city’s top chefs and restaurateurs.

The summer lineup reads like a world tour of flavours — local favourites meet global inspiration.
Beyond the food, the Market’s buzzing atmosphere — complete with live music, local art, and special events — makes it a must-visit this summer. The seasonal menu runs from October 2025 to March 2026, giving foodies plenty of time to sample every flavour.
